Our Leo Club Of Penang Metropolitan (Omega) has successfully jointly organized with Prangin Mall and Lao Fu Zi Media Sdn Bhd to carry out “Hello Kitty-Doraemon Giant Cartoon Mooncake Cutting Ceremony” on 15th September 2012 (Saturday), from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at Prangin Mall. The Organising Chairperson was Leo Kim Kek Teong.
The event started with the arrival of Guest of Honor YB Ng Wei Aik. Followed by his address, a group photo session with all the old folks and children together with the two largest cartoon mooncake which is Hello Kitty and Doraemon.
After the group photo session, there was a cutting ceremony for these two largest cartoon mooncake. Then, we helped in cutting the mooncake into small pieces and distributed to the old folks and children. There were some performances to entertain when we were distributing the mooncake.
